How does your shipping process work?

In an effort to eliminate unnecessary waste and reduce carbon footprint, we promote and work with small vendors from all over the world and our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas to provide you the best prices and the cutest products in the most efficient way possible. Let’s save the Earth!

Most of our orders are delivered within 7-20 days. However, due to COVID-19 some orders may take a bit longer to get delivered. You will receive tracking number post your order.

From where do you ship the order?

Your order can be shipped anywhere from EU, UK, USA, China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam etc depending on your delivery address.

How can I track my order?

When you place your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 days, please contact us.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

If you have ordered multiple products, you may have noticed that we provide separate tracking ids for these products. This is because we may ship out your product from different warehouses depending on availability and shipping speed to your country. Therefore, for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.

Furthermore, we might ship your products at the different time, different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible in case of a back order on popular products.

I entered the wrong address can I get a refund or reshipped?

We ship your order using the exact address information that is provided to us at the time of checkout and cannot make any changes during the transit once the products have been shipped out. Please make sure that you have the full and correct information.

Do I have to pay for custom fee or VAT if applicable?

You are solely responsible for the payment of any custom duties and/or VAT charges for your product. It is not possible for us to make payment for such custom duties as these payments must be made by the importer to the customs authorities if requested. The shipping cost do not include any customs duties and/or VAT that may be incurred by you.
